Refunds

Cancellations are only accepted up to 24 hours after the order is placed. 

Due to COVID-19 we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 30 days, we will no longer accept any inquiries.

Return to Sender Issues

This may happen due to various reasons, such as: incorrect address input by customer, refused by another resident, customs fees not paid by customer, or order was not picked up from the post office.
Once your order has been returned, and if we find the buyer is at fault, you may choose to either have it resent to you and pay the cost of shipping it once again, or get a refund on your order NOT including the shipping you originally paid.
Returns Outside of U.S
Due to custom fees, we are not excepting returns/exchanges. If there any missing items within your order, a refund will be available for the any of the items.
